Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026. Applies to the website at revisitly.app.

This policy covers the Revisitly website and its waitlist. The Revisitly app is not released yet; when it is, it will have its own policy describing what the app collects.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• Your email address (required).
• Your first name, if you choose to give it.
• The date and time you joined.
• Where you came from, as a website name or campaign tag such as “twitter.com” or “newsletter”, if your browser provided one.
• A record that you agreed to receive updates about Revisitly, and the version of that wording.

We do not collect passwords, payment details, your location, or anything from your device beyond what you type into the form.

Site measurement

To understand whether the site works, we count a few events: a page view, a click on the early access button, and whether a signup succeeded, was a duplicate, or failed. Each count stores only the event name, the referring site or campaign tag, and the time. It contains no email address, no IP address, no device identifier, and we set no cookies for it. There are no third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this site.

How we use your email address

Only to tell you about Revisitly: when early access opens, opportunities to test new features, and launch news. We do not sell, rent, or share your address with anyone for their own purposes. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.

We do not currently send a confirmation email when you join.

Where it’s stored and who can see it

The waitlist is kept in a database operated by our hosting provider. Only the people building Revisitly can access it. Data is encrypted in transit between your browser and our servers. We’ll update this policy to name the provider and any email-sending service before we start sending launch emails.

Abuse protection

To stop automated spam, our servers briefly keep a one-way hashed copy of your network address in memory to limit how many signups one connection can send in a few minutes. It is never written to disk or to the waitlist.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your waitlist entry until Revisitly launches and you have had the chance to decide whether to keep hearing from us, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email hello@revisitly.app from the address you signed up with.

Children

The waitlist is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, email you.
