Revisitly

Terms

Effective October 11, 2026. Applies to the Revisitly app and the website at revisitly.app.

Revisitly is a free app for saving things you find and coming back to them. These terms are kept short on purpose. By using the app or the website, you agree to them.

Using Revisitly

You can use Revisitly for your own personal use. You need to be at least 13 years old. If you create an account, keep access to it safe. You can stop using Revisitly and delete your account at any time.

Your content is yours

What you save, write and add stays yours. We don’t claim any ownership of it. You let us store and process it only as needed to run Revisitly for you, for example to show link previews, keep a copy online if you turn that on, or organize your saves with Smart organizing. Our Privacy Policy explains what that involves.

Fair use

Please don’t use Revisitly to:

If someone does, we may limit or close their access to online features.

No warranty

We work hard to keep Revisitly reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Features may change or stop over time. Suggestions from Smart organizing can be wrong. Export a copy of anything you can’t afford to lose.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, or for lost data, that come from using Revisitly. Because the app is free, our total liability to you is limited to 50 US dollars. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. If you keep using Revisitly after that, the new terms apply.
